Acceptable Use Policy

PopMade makes short product videos from a photo of your product. This policy explains what we will and won't make. It is part of our Terms of Service.

What PopMade is for

Videos of packaged consumer products that you own or have permission to promote, such as snacks, drinks, skincare, fragrance and home care.

Not allowed

• Sexual, nude, explicit or sexually suggestive content of any kind (NSFW).
• Anything involving minors, or products aimed at sexualising anyone.
• Face swaps, deepfakes, or videos that show, imitate or identify a real person.
• Violence, gore, weapons, hate or harassment.
• Illegal or age-restricted products, including drugs, tobacco, vaping, alcohol and gambling.
• Medicines, supplements or health products with medical or health claims.
• Products, logos or packaging you don't own or have no permission to use, or videos that copy or impersonate another brand.
• Misleading content, such as fake reviews, fake results or false product claims.

How we enforce it

• Every uploaded photo and note is screened before anything is generated.
• Every video is checked by a person before delivery.
• We refuse orders that break this policy and refund them in full, before any video is made.
• Repeated or serious violations lead to account closure without refund for completed work.

About the technology

PopMade is an independent product. Videos are created with third-party AI models, combined with our own direction and human review. PopMade is not affiliated with or endorsed by any AI model provider.
